Which countries are currently supplied by DIGITAL2GO?

For Austria, Germany, Switzerland the delivery times are 2-3 days from receipt of payment. For all other countries, the delivery time may differ from the ones shown here. Please contact our customer service for a more accurate estimate.

What are the shipping costs?

When ordering in Austria, Germany, Switzerland on DIGITAL2GO there are no additional shipping costs. We will gladly inform you personally about applicable shipping costs for all other countries upon request. Please contact us for details via the Contact section.

Is there an assembly service for the individual products?

All DIGITAL2GO solutions are designed as plug & play products, which means that setting them up is possible without professional assistance, training or installation procedures. What if my delivery is incomplete or damaged?

How long is the warranty of the products?

The warranty period for all products is twelve months from the date of purchase. Contracts or services beyond this period can be offered individually.

Do I need an additional service contract for my product?

My company already owns this product. Can I purchase only accessories through DIGITAL2GO?
