The precision scale weighs articles up to 40 kg with a tolerance of +/- 5 grams during or independent of the scanning process. It is advisable to calibrate the scale at regular intervals to ensure measuring accuracy. Companies that work with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 are also obliged to perform this regular calibration.
Barcodescanner systems quickly and easily identify articles. Every barcode scanner can be used for identification through an USB port. This model is suitable for both 1D and 2D.
The MultiScan also offers the appropriate measuring technology for large articles that protrude beyond the device. With the Scantape, goods up to a length of three meters can be detected and identified wirelessly.
Small screw or sealing ring? No problem. The MultiScan accessories contain a solution for precisely measuring dimensions in the millimetre range. With an accuracy of 0.01 mm, the vernier calliper is the right tool to capture and transmit measurement data at the touch of a button.
The MultiScan industry camera takes article identification pictures. The pictures are allocated to the correct article ID and are immediately available in the warehouse management system. This accessory requires the industrial touch PC.
For weights below 100 g, the additional use of a fine balance is recommended. Here, weights can be recorded with an accuracy of 0.1 g and added to the master data on request using the precision scale.
You have full control over your data on site through the all-in-one computer. Ideal for further marking and description of your articles.
The industry drawer is directly mounted to the DC-Car and is used as rest position for objects that are necessary for measuring. The storage space is especially suited for storing the precision scale.
The MultiScan can be placed in your warehouse wherever it is needed. Simply roll it off and plug it in or use it completely mobile with the PowerStation for over 16 hours in two-shift operation.
This allows textiles to be compressed to determine the exact volume, optimize storage space density and packaging. This measurement data is also automatically recorded and transferred to the WebApp.
